I have dealt with other testing companies and this is BY FAR the least professional and helpful. I took both there online and classroom courses and both were not good. You can tell they don't care and are not knowledgeable what so ever. you can tell they are just going through the motions collecting your pay checks. There customer service is also really poor. If you have any questions they will give you attitude and in my experience make you feel stupid. Even there upper management is poor. Kate particularly. I hope you trust my comments, do not go with these guys. Other agents I have worked with have also had terrible experiences so I am not the only one. I am also usually very complimentary on comments....so you know this one is bad
