When I asked to get a refund for my renewal (literally less than an hour of calling them back)...I was told they do not give refunds. There is nothing online that states they don't provide refunds and absolutely no warnings. You'd think that if you call within 24hours of having no service done, you should be allowed a refund, especially if there is nothing online that states otherwise.



Service is so so, I had a guy come out to treat an area and told him the infestation is on the east side of the house, he treated an area that he had treated the year before which was not currently infested, and didn't bother exploring the remaining east side of the house. Of course, we had to call them back for another treatment because he treated the wrong area.
