Our driver Patrick was great. He arrived early and was very helpful and friendly throughout the evening. I would definitely request him as a driver if I needed to use your company again.

Talk about a low rate, non-customer focused company, IMO Platinum Ride Limo sets the bar as being the worst. Having arranged & dealt with many limo services, all showing appreciation of their customer base, I was uniquely surprised and disappointed by both owners of this company when it comes to unexpected and out of our control circumstances.

I booked a limo for a ride home from the Melanie Martinez concert on Sunday, Feb 28, 2016 for my daughter, wife & 6 friends. At 9 AM on the day of the concert Ms. Martinez Tweeted out that she needed to reschedule the show because of a severe kidney infection. I immediately contacted Platinum Ride & Frank answered the phone. Having contacted them 12hrs b4 the show, I asked if we could reschedule the service once the rescheduled concert day was known. He wasn't at all interested in hearing what I had to say & cited their company policy. If there is ANY chance your event could change beyond your control, avoid these uncaring/unprofessional clowns.

Service was more than I expected. Nice limos and driver was great. I would call again for sure!

My friends and I used Platinum Ride Limousines to get us to the Phoenix Open this year! The company is amazing. Frank, the owner, got back to me right away with any questions I had. The driver was great, came right on time, and did a walk through with me before we got on the bus! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

I used these guys for my girlfriends birthday recently and they were absolutely great. She was very impressed and we had a great time. The vehicle was clean and new and the driver was early and very professional. I could not have asked for more from them. I will use them again and I would definately refer them to friends and family.

My son and his friends had an absolute blast. Your party bus was first class and the complimentary champagne was a very nice touch. Your company made the special event perfect. My girls and I took the Big City Party Bus out to the club and had a great time. I know we drove the driver crazy but we had fun and he was cool. There is no other way to do the club thing without a party bus.



I will use these boys again all my girls loved it and the Platinum Ride boys are the best they hooked us up at the club.

We had a great time Saturday night. Thank you for decorating the limo. Our driver Allen was very nice and rolled out the red carpet for us. We used our full 6 hours and yes we tipped our driver extra. Next time I will use you again and will tell our friends about your service too.

The kids had a G R E A T time in the Party Bus. They had more fun in the bus than they had at the Prom ! ! ! ! ! We even had our neighbors come out and take photos of all the kids with the bus and I don't even know some of them. It will be a night the kids NEVER forget.



I think they want to do it again for Graduation parties so we will let you know. I also told the Moms that we should do a Mom's night out in July as you suggested, so we will see. They all seemed very interested.



Thank you for taking such good care of the kids. The driver was VERY professional and awesome with the kids.



Also, there were parents there who had heard of your company, one is in a band ( a Dad) and a mom who does the party planning for the City of Glendale. They had wonderful things to say as well about your past services. So I guess I stressed for no reason. I will ALWAYS recommend you guys after this experience.

I can't thank you enough for making my daughter, Mariah, and her friend's prom an "unforgettable" night!!! They had an absolute blast! I happened to be getting home when the party bus pulled up to our house and I swear, every single kid was smiling as they got down. Several of them told me that the party bus was the best part of the whole night. And Mariah said that several of her friends asked if they could just leave the dance and hang out in the bus all night! That says alot--teenagers are hard to please.



You guys did a great job and I am so happy with my choice. It was worth every penny. Mariah was asked the next day if prom night was as good as she hoped it would be, she paused for a second and said, "it was 100 times better". When asked why, she said, "the party bus was amazing".

My best freind and I rented the party bus from this company. It was fantastic! The driver picked us up on time and was really cool. We really didn't have a plan so he helped us out. Got us VIP, bottle service he hooked us up. This company is A+. I would use them again and refer them to freinds.
