About Phil Smith Custom Homes The scope of our business is the construction of one-of-a-kind custom homes and we specialize in building on difficult sites. Each home is designed for a specific building envelope and client. We have worked with many great architects and interior designers over the years and are always interested in creating new working relationships that enhance fresh and innovative designs. Our focus is on all aspects of the construction process. Starting with the original design of a home, soliciting competitive estimates, value engineering, timely scheduling and quality control through the completion of the project. Our business philosophy or mission is to deliver the highest quality construction with complete customer satisfaction at a fair price. I feel an advantage we have over our competition is the fact that I've been building custom homes for over thirty years. I bring all of my experience to the table and take personal pride in every home. We build a partnership with each client and take full responsibility over each project. Through meticulous project management we process information from the architect and interior designer. We work as a project team, communicate fully, and are always looking out for the client's best interest. Through a team approach with architects, engineers and consultants, we develop the most practical and cost effective solutions. This is a definite advantage, as my clients know I am providing them with all of the information necessary to make the best decisions without sacrificing quality.
