Purchased a car, site unseen. Arrived with some damage, but the owner was helpful to repair and restore the car, and make sure I was happy with the purchase. Thanks

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

These people are scam artists! I looked over their website and it says that all cars are covered by a 30 day warranty and no pressure sales.

So I send them an email interested in a BMW and as soon as they call me on Monday they start pressuring me to buy by offering a great deal on shipping and then when I agree and gave them my CC #. The games began!

They tried to get me to pay for window etch and tints. Window etch is done free by my police department and with tinted windows the car won't pass inspection.

Then the car arrived a week later and it was a lemon! The odometer read more than 500 miles above the odometer statement and shipping took more than expected. So that ate into the 15 day/500 mile Arizona Lemon Law.

I complained to Jack the owner, and the local business association. They offered me $500 to go away, and I'm stuck with this lemon! It has a bad cylinder, headlights are not stable in their housings, the cooling fan is missing blades, the emergency tools are missing, has an oil leak, the interior console is so damaged that it looks like the radio was previously stolen, sound system and on-board computer doesn't work, upholstry is sagging, moonroof does not work, headlights and steering don't work properly, and the tires were bald, amongs other things, which were never disclosed by the dealer.

The paperwork was also something to question. Upon buying the car they quote me one price and then the price was inflated on the paperwork. It included the fee that the credit card charges them to process a payment, and it was passed on to me! They rolled it into the price of the car! Which is very illegal. Again the Odometer statement was wrong and the paper work was dated a whole week before delivery took place!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Recently purchased a car at Certified Benz & Beemer. I dealt with professional sales person Jeff Hallenbeck and have to say he and the dealership were a pleasure to deal with. In this case I did most everything online prior to visiting any dealership. I had a car to trade or sell myself, told Jeff what I wanted for my trade and expressed an interest in a car they had for sale on their lot. Jeff & Benz & Beemer agreed to the price I wanted for my trade-in car and the price of the car I wanted to purchase from them over the phone. When I showed up to make the deal the next day I was expecting the games to start with my trade and purchase. Well, nothing changed from what we had discussed over the phone and we made the deal, which was painless, the service was very professional, and all parties were happy. I highly recommend Jeff Hallenbeck at Certified Benz & Beemer if you are in the market for car. Thanks Jeff for a pleasurable and professional experience. Mike

In March 2016, purchased a 2010 Mercedes S550 from Certified Benz & Beemer. Immediately after I purchased the car, the brakes started squeaking. CBB covered the brakes but only after four days, several emails, and over 25 phones calls to their dealership.

In May, I got the oil & filters changed. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but CBB reported on the Carfax Report that the work was done prior to sale. In July, the car wouldn’t start. My initial thought was the battery but that wasn’t the issue. Forced to get the car towed back to the repair shop, the starter needed to be replaced. This month in August, the Airmatic sign came on & the car shifted. After getting the car towed & detailed, the shoddy body work became clear.

Immediately, I called the Certified Benz & Beemer again. I spoke w/ Jack Schneider. Certified Benz & Beemer falsified their repair reports and repair services to Carfax. The car had major bodywork done & its clear Jack was aware though he failed to disclosed.

I think this place is wonderful! I've been reading other reviews, and many people have written that the auto inventory is located in inconvenient places for test driving purposes, ie, some are stored inside the building similar to a parking garage. You have to wait for the salesperson to drive the car down to you, but so what? It literally took a max of 3 minutes for our salesperson to bring down several cars for us to test drive. AND, by keeping many of the cars indoors, keeps them cool and clear of sun damage. I purchased a car from them in June 2014, and was happy to have each car I test drove cool from being inside, as the temps outside were over 100 degrees. I didn't intend to purchase anything the day I went, only to browse and see what they had. However, a used 2012 Mercedes in mint condition won me over. The transaction was seamless. I traded my 10 yr old BMW 325 CI on the spot, and was out of there in less than an hour. Salesperson Ryan, and sales manager Lee were so easy going. No slick talk...just facts. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a higher end vehicle. They have several more makes than just BMW's and Mercedes. It's worth a look!!!

As many others verified these guys are frauds. I called and asked if they still have an advertised BMW, they said " let me check" and asked for my last name and phone number. I said I'll call back in 10 minutes. After 3 minutes their manager called my home from the caller-ID without my permission and said "I've heard you're planning to come and see this BMW!" so I said "Yes? and?", nothing, he just wanted to say "We have your number", anyway I drove to their location and after looking and looking the salesman drove a completely wrong BMW forward! I said "What is this?!" he said "Isn't this what you called about?"! NO. So then he takes me from left to right, from downstairs to upstairs to show me many other cars trying to sell me something else!

And the concerned manager refused to show himself and only instructed the salesman what to do on the cellphone!

So again I told the salesman who now claimed "He forgot what car I called about" the criteria of what I was looking for, he typed it in and I left.

The next day a car similar to what I was looking for got listed again by them but no call!

Guess what, the sold car listing that got me there is still not cancelled!

They give the bad car-dealerships a terrible name :(

HORRIBLE all around, from the ...

HORRIBLE all around, from the management down. I took my Mercedez in to get serviced for ONE malfunction that was showing. Was not offered a loaner, a ride, when leaving car. The adviser helping me never greeted me, never looked up from his computer, gave me one word answers, never offered solutions, etc. Talked to Tony the service manager who finally, after multiple visits, got me into a loaner vehicle. As far as the service goes, the car came back with more malfunctions than before. Moon roof wouldn't work, signal blinked too fast, the splash guard on the front of the car was not screwed in correctly, causing it to fall off while I was driving. After multiple visits, and many demeaning and rude interactions with the staff, my car was "fixed". Actually it was not, they just verbally and in writing told me that it was. My blinker is still messed up. They did not replace the splash guard, and they claimed the moon roof was fine the whole time (deferring any accountability or responsibility). I just cannot stand the idea of ever having to deal with these men again, and took my car elsewhere. My advice: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are so many places that really are committed to their customers satisfaction, and this is not the place.

never ever go there

I was never in my life got the worst service!!!

For my BMW, they never gave me the navigation CD which they promised, never gave me a spare key they promised, never was on time for services!!!

The certified BMW, which is one year old makes noise.

I felt so miserable for getting such a nice car.

Got yelled by the manager for my request of better service- What are they thinking?

great customer service

The staff at Certified Benz and Beemer were great with me. The service department found items that are covered under warranty that I didn't even think to ask about. A mechanic even came out to my house when I was living in Queen Creek to repair my car so I wouldn't have to pay to tow it to them! They have been quick to help me and sold me a car I love. Highly recommended!

Unsatisfied Customer

Do not purchase a car from these people. They have been jerking me around for the last month. They have been taking their time with all of the "WE OWE" items that we were promissed. They claim to do a 160 point inspection, but obvious things are broken or not working on the car, that a 5 point inspection would have found. The service department makes up solutions to problems and is obviously not competent when it comes to servicing or working on BMW's. After a recent service trip I drove my car half way home before I noticed rattling under the hood. Popped the hood on the side of the freeway and the engine cover was just lying in there. They had forgot to replace to bolts holding the cover on. So I'm not exactly sure what is "Certified" about the car that I purchased. The only thing I know for sure is it's a certified piece of junk. And the Service and Sales staff are Certified idiots!
