Do not go here! They are so slimy! Barry Blackmore was our extremely rude representative. The shop is an authorized estimator for USAA. We went there to get an insurance estimate with the express intention of getting the work done elsewhere. They tried to get us to give them power of attorney to repair the car even though we continued to let them know that we wanted to take the car elsewhere. They kept the car and would not review it until I came down to the three days later to the shop. My car was intact when I left their center at noon. By 3:00, they called us and said that they took the car apart (without our or USAA's permission) and refused to put it back together and demanded we have the repair work done in their center. We had to have the car that we drove to the center towed off their lot! What a fraud!
