This is an "on time business" in fact they were early for their appointment. Fast quick and helpul without over selling improvements needed in the repair of door. Highly recommended for garage door repaired

Over the years I've needed repairs on our garage door (rollers, springs, cables, etc.) This is the only company I will use. They are reliable and trustworthy, They do what they say they will do, they arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and fair. From Mark, the owner, to Zach, their technician, this company is top notch. I have referred them to family members who have used them and were 100% satisfied, and have referred them to satisfied friends as well. As far as I'm concerned they are the best in the business.

This company is FANTASTIC!!! They sqeezed me into their busy schedule. They were on time. They were extremely polite. They were efficient and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Always Open Garage Doors had the trifecta...they were on time, professional, and affordable. After placing a call to schedule an appointment, I was impressed to learn that, despite it having been a holiday weekend, they'd have someone out the very next day. I was told the employee would arrive between 4-5 pm, but because companies in the home repair/service industry are notorious for showing up sometimes hours after the scheduled time, I was pleasantly surprised when he was on my doorstep - no joke - at 4:05 pm! He wasn't rude to and didn't mind my dogs, and he finished his business in 30 minutes. The next day the owner called to follow up. This should be the new industry standard.

I got another estimate from another company for $400.00. I called ALWAYS OPEN they came out and fixed my garage door and only charge me $175.00 with $20.00 internet coupon!!! The best Guys Mark and Zach!!! Thank you for also replacing my old light bulb in the motor!!

Our garage door spring snapped on Friday evening. We called A Always Open Garage Doors and Mark said he could come by at 10:00 pm to diagnose the problem. He showed up as promised and replaced the cables and recommended some other items to facilitate easy operation of the door. I highly recommend Mark and his company. God Bless him for working hard on Friday night!

Always open garage doors worked around my schedule. My door wouldn't open and I work late. They were available when I needed them which was around 9PM. My door came off the tracks and I needed it fixed fast. They did such a good job now my door is extremely quite and haven't had any problems with it since. The always open garage doors employee I spoke with was extremely well educated in the garage door business. They got the job done right, super fast, with excellent quality and they even cleaned up when they were done! All for a very reasonable price. I would never use a leading competitor again because they hire not the best employees.I give Always Open Garage Doors an A+++ for service, friendliness, and quality!

I wish these folks did more than repair garage doors. Showed up within a few hours of my call, very courteous on the phone and in person, did an excellent job with the repairs and priced appropriately. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needed garage door repairs!

I backed out of my garage on Tuesday morning (oops! garage door was not yet open!). I trashed the door so that it would not go up & down properlly. I called A Always Open at 6:45 a.m. and Mark arrived promptly at 10:00 as scheduled, and got it working properly despite it's very old age + the damage I inflicted. I asked for a quote to replace the door and he came up with a very resasonable amount. He was back the next day (again promtply as scheduled), installed the new door and it works & looks great. Very reasonable price, plus Mark and his staff are very nice & professional. I highly recommend A Always Open Garage Doors to anyone in the market for repair or replacement.

Mark is wonderful! He repaired my garage door and did long overdue maintenance on worn components; it's like having a new garage door! I found his service friendly, professional, efficient, and modestly priced. He swept my garage floor after completing his repairs and left it cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will definitely call A Always Open Garage Doors in the future for any garage door issues ~~ I highly recommend them!

I had a spring break on a garage door on 9/7/2008. I called A Always Open Garage Doors the next morning and was set up for an appointment in the afternoon. They called a couple of hours later and advised they could come out early which was great. The owner's son Zach came out and examined the door. I am somewhat handy myself and like to learn new things, and while he was looking, he invited questions and was showing me the different issues and parts to be concerned about. He was very patient and helpful, and did a very thorough job, changing the spring, and replacing the hinge bearings on the side. Even mentioned that the motor bushings were worn but didn't need to be changed right away, but gave options for later. I didn't feel he was trying to push a lot of unnecessary repairs on me. They fully deserve 5 stars for outstanding service and the owner should be very proud of his son/employee! I will be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you!

Will definitely use again. I called at 7am. They said they would come between 10am and 12pm. Showed up sharply at 10am. They had my door fixed in 45 minutes. My garage door torsion springs snapped and we could not open the door. They quoted me a price and did not try and pad bill with extra stuff or upsell me. Very honest and fair. After having been ripped off in the past it is very nice to see that good contractors are out there. If you need your garage fixed call these guys.

Our torsion spring went out memorial day about 2 pm. I called "Always open garage doors" and Zach showed up an hour later (again, on Memorial day!). He recommended changing the rollers for not too much more, less than an hour later our garage door was not only working again, it was quieter than it had been in the 7 years i've been in my house. Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend this company! Thanks DEX for the suggestion

I can't say enough good things about A Always Open Garage Doors -- they were on time courteous and pleasant. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The garage door works better than it did before even though they only replaced the springs/bearing. The tech, Zach, was fantastic: cheerful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He even left the garage cleaner than it was when he arrived!! Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with home repairs.

Mark was courteous, no hidden charges, estimate was the end price. Door was totally replaced, opener wasn't. They put in an upgraded everything door, two car door. I recommend them! Price was average for a total replacement, I called 5 other places too. Same day service, obviously that depends on their schedule, but they showed up on time, and finished on time. Job well done!
