Provided by YP.comThis guy is a complete scam artist. I took 2 lap top's in to him. He "fixed" one but said he "lost" my power pack. I thought ok honest mistake, so he gave me one that wan't the same quality as my last. when i got it home it DIDN'T EVEN WORK. I took it back and he said it was something I did!!! I got it back after he "fixed" it and I had my computer for 3 days before the same exact problem happened again. I took it back and yet again said he lost my SECOND power pack and gave me a taped up piece of junk until he "finds my other one!" If you're still wondering about the second computer i took in, well it's a month now and he's never even touched it. I asked him about it and he didn't even know what i was talking about. Didn't even know he still had it when he told me it was done 2 WEEKS AGO! This guy is a complete tool DO NOT GO TO HIM. There is a few shops in Mt.Pleasant that are so much more professional.
Customer was given a loaner power adapter, as the original could not be located. We replaced it free of charge. The other laptop was not fixed as the customer was told a deposit was needed. After letting it sit for a month he came in and put a deposit on it. As of today he hasn't picked up his new power adapter.
