Staff were prompt and very professional and I don't want to dismiss that in anyway; however, I am left with some frustration. While I'm no vet by any means, it was more than evident my pet had something wrong. Due to my vet not being available, I was referred to this emergency clinic. I left without any formal diagnosis or any true determination for the cause of my pets unusual behavior and evident ear irritation. A day and 1/2 later, my pet is still experiencing problems, so I follow up with my vet only to learn of a fungal and bacterial infection in my pet's ear. If to the untrained, uneducated eye there was an evident problem, one would anticipate a trained, veterinary eye to be more keen to the symptoms. A sincere $90+ disappointment.

they were very compationate and caring with our puppy when they found he was blocked. if it wasn't for them , he might not be with us. thank you to all.
