CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

I just walked into your Burnt Hills store and was rudely told by the woman behind the cashier desk that the store closed at 4pm. I realize it's Christmas Eve and everyone wants to get home to their family, but I was embarrassed and humiliated as everyone waiting in line turned around and stared. Very disappointed, won't be back, and this was always my go to Hallmark Store.
