Worst business ethics I've experienced in 15 years of home owning. Natale Jr. was called to address a leaking steam system. The service person was comfortable using expletives from the moment he arrived, indicated a steam heat system should lose enough water daily that it needed to be filled manual each day as a normal working system, and clearly did not want to bother to do the work. Commented "I hate working where there is a renter and an owner..." Would never recommend and would not want my family home with this service representative in the house.

The man looks nice but is too expensive. They request $100 for travel fee if I do not use their service after they come, although my home is only 1.5 miles away from his company. For the total 55 minutes plumbing work, I paid exactly $900 cash to him.

Got a quote from another local plumber who charged me $50 just to come out and look and to give a price on having a 40 gal water heater replaced. They wanted $2,000! They claim they only use top of the line products…. No way. Called Natale Jr right after this guy left(after their listed hours on a Friday night). Left a message and got a call back in ten minutes from someone letting me know they received the call and a tech would call me in the morning first thing. Got a call the next morning bright and early at 8am(no problem I've got little kids and no hot water) from the plumber who was at the outlet buying supplies. Asked me what heater I currently had(which is top of the line but old), gave me a quote that was $900 less sight unseen (no $50 fee). They arrived 20 minutes later. 2 friendly guys. They ran into a bunch of headaches because the new model is a different size and I live in an old tiny cape. Ended up doing a lot of extra labor. Kept their word, no extra charges. They were fast, even with the set backs. They were clean and left with smiles. I agree with the last reviewer, restored my faith as well. On a side note, I had a neighbor call me while they were here who had tried to get 2 plumbers out to look at a toilet(both never showed). These guys took his address and went over right after my house to help him out. Any problems in the future, I'm calling these guys. All I wanted was to have my model replaced and they are straight shooters.

These guys are awesome!!! They've completely restored my faith in plumbers (you know, the used-car-sales kind of mistrust), particularly after dealing w/a couple other companies who left me feeling taken advantage of.



Case in point, I contacted a recommended plumber by phone who requested I email him w/the problem and pictures. This began a communication stream limited only to email, resulting in a repair estimate of over $300 sight unseen. Dissatisfied w/this situation, I contacted Natale Jr. yesterday. They had a team here this morning, and repaired the problem (a screw) for FREE!



I then asked them for an estimate to replace the ruptured extension tank on our water heater. All in - $150 less than another company had estimated. The Natale Jr. team replaced it on the spot!



The Natale Jr. team is responsive, honest, fair, and customer focused. I would recommend this company any time! Needless to say, they'll have my business in the future.

My fyiance and I are flabbergasted at the STRANGE experience we just had with a Natale plumber. We called as an emergency, and the man was cordial and agreed to come out. We were happy.. However, when he arrived, he seemed incoherent. He was strangely scared of our dog, who, while with a big bark, is a cream puff. THEN while my fiance tried to explain what we needed with our kitchen sink, he suddenly blurted out "Is there a problem here??" my fiance, stunned said "no problem, what's wrong?" the Rep said seemed out of it, said my fiance wouldn't "Look him in the eye" and then actually stormed out of our house -- screeching away in his car, to our utter disbelief. So while what we thought was a first-class operation agreeing to help us after hours, turned out to be actually frightening. Beware folks....

I have used Denny in the past. I knew he was dependable, honest and very professional but this time, he just blew me away! He encouraged me to get other estimates for a big job I wanted done (changing over from septic to sewer). Not only was he thousands less than other plumbers (because of his smaller overhead) but the job went effortlessly. I have 4 young children and needed the job to go smoothly... and it did. I absolutely will call him again.

He came the same day I called and fixed all the plumbing issues I had. I like to use local businesses so would recommend them.

Natale Jr is the best plumbing company I've ever had! They are clean and dont leave messes like other plumbers, and they always fix the problem. They are respectful and i've never had a problem with them.
