I was in town for a funeral and stayed the weekend at the Juel Motel. Was really happy with my stay. The rooms were very clean and have recently been renovated with the bathrooms completely redone. The peace and quite were wonderful. The price was very affordable. If I am in town and in need of a place to stay, I will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone in need of a place to stay in Scobey. And I can't say enough about the friendliness of Elaine in the office!

Wow. I live about an hour from Scobey in Canada and got to town several hours after the border closed so I couldn't get home. I was ready to sleep in my truck, but decided to check rates at the town's two motels. The first place was way too pricey, over $80 for a single. This place was $58, which I thought was outrageous for what I expected to be a roach motel. So I asked the friendly clerk to see the room and was promptly ashamed of myself for making such an assumption. The 'room' is actually a suite, with two bedrooms, a hall with a large closet, and a bathroom. There are a full size fridge, microwave, a proper desk, and a computer chair. The suite has been fully renovated except for the entrance door -- new carpet, newly painted, new beds (very comfy!), completely redone bathroom, etc. I've spent a lot of times in budget motels in the last eight months and this is by far the nicest room I've been. A family would find this place to be a bargain (although I imagine the rate is higher for more people). There is a restaurant almost right next door that is open late on Sunday nights where I got a decent steak. Great stop and glad to know I have this option if I ever come through again after the border has shut for the night.

We stayed for 3 weeks while my husband was working in the area. The rooms are very clean! The beds are very comfy. We stayed in wolf point one night and plenty wood 2 nights and Juel motel was absolutely the best! If you are visiting I would recommend this motel. I would even drive farther to stay here. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Stayed one night with my six children and the owner made sure we were comfortable. They were so nice, a very family-friendly place to stay!
