Provided by YP.comOur radiators were not in good shape, but they had been providing heat. After purchasing a new furnace, we were unable to get any heat. The company we purchased the furnace from told us it would be at least a week to fix it. In desperation we called Marshalls, who came that very same day and by evening we had heat. Marshalls provided a quote, ordered parts, installed new radiators, and had them working, three days before my old company could get us a quote. This company was so friendly, so professional, and took care of all problems that arose in such a manner that I realized this is the company with which I want to do business. And I do now. They treated me like I was the customer they always wanted and after my last company, it was something I really needed.
NOTE: I do not work for Marshalls, nor do I know anyone there. This review is being provided because I feel I owe it to them after they truly helped me out of a real bind even though I was not their customer…originally.

Provided by YP.comWe originally selected Marshall Home Comfort team to come to our home in 2015 to install a new hot water heater. We were so happy with this company that we called on them again this year to install a new HVAC system. The installation team arrived right at 8:30AM ready to work. They were very professional at all times. If asked for one word to describe my experience with this company - it would have to be RESPECTFUL. They took care to protect our home when bringing the new HVAC equipment into the house as well as removing the old one. Work was completed by afternoon and the team ensured everything was cleaned up and disposed of properly. They even took care to ensure our pets (dog and cat) were OK with their work. Strongly recommend!

Provided by YP.comI had Marshal Home Comfort install a new heat pump, They were great, taking care going in and out of the house, getting the job done right not just done. we had a question and they came back and adjusted the air flow and explained what they did and how it fixed the problem. Good people make a good company.
