I've been taking my pets to see Donna for over 15 year, and never once was I disappointed with the level of service she provides. She sets the bar high in her field of work. My only fear is the day she retires.



OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I have been taking my dogs to Donna's for 6 years and they are always happy to be there. They love going there because Donna always puts the dog first. She truly cares about them and know instinctively what they need to feel safe and loved. I think of Donna as the Ceaser Milan of Schnecksville. She just knows so much about dog psychology. She is excellent. I highly recommend taking your dog to Donna Smiley's grooming. Diana B.

We have been bringing our dog to Smiley's since he was a happy. He is now 9 years old. He isn't a fan of being groomed but he has really come a long way. We have never had any issues & get our dog groomed every 6 weeks.

I have been taking all three of my dogs to Smiley's on a regular basis over the last 5 years and I am very pleased with the services. I am very particular about keeping my dogs clean and well groomed and they really do a great job at a reasonable price. My one dog (a poodle) has a hard time being in a crate and my previous groomer had to physically restrain her in order to groom her. My dogs have never been placed in a crate at Smiley's and they are able to groom all of my dogs without physically restraining them in a rough manner, and that means the world to me! I highly recommend.

Don't take your dog there! I took my yorkie there and she came home with fleas! cost me more to get rid of the fleas. My dog doesn't even go outside to p. she is a indoor dog. She's rude!!!

I went to her a few times. She is very short and cuts you off when talking to her. The owner has 3large breed poodles that jump into the salon from her dining room. My small breed puppy was intimidated by them due to there size let alone 3 of them. I was leaving she was putting her dogs out back and yelling at them and my puppy ended up in the yard with her large dogs.It was very chaotic situation. My dog was visabilly scared. She kept telling me to leave she was just fine she's just an animal. I said sorry but she is more than just an animal she's my baby and family member. She told me to get my dog go home and get the hell out of here then. I went in her yard to get my dog she flipped out on me. Screaming to get oit of her yard. Are you kidding me my dog is in your yard in the corner with her tail between her legs as three large poodles are after her. First of all my dog should have never been let out of her shop with her dogs. Big mistake on her part. . Second she should have her dogs seperate from her shop. Not all dog like big dogs. Let alone three of them!I left after her yelling at me She called to apologize 15 min later and said she was very unprofessional and she was sorry. She went on and on telling me my dog is just an animal. She ended up yelling at me and would not let me speak and hung up on me she is very unprofessional. Never again. Do yourself the favor and take you dog to someone who will treat you and your dog with respect. She is older and needs to retire! I just wonder what my dog went through while she was there other times. I cried all the was home. I now trim my dog myself. She doesn't need all the added stress of this woman's dogs. Or animals as she puts it. Don't waste your time. Save your money and go somewhere else even if it costs a little more. I shared this story with all my FB and friends. Just getting the word out.
