I am horrified that this place has been getting 5 star ratings! We had been brining our dogs here for some time, when we would pick them up, they would provide us with "report" cards indicating that our dogs were wonderful, and a joy to have at the facility, we had though we hit the jackpot of places to leave our two labs! They got 2, 2 hours sessions playing with other dogs and were taken out a few times a day.



ONLY after our most recent visit were we informed that they weren't, in fact, taken out with the group, because they were too "rambunctious" which meant that my dogs, who normally have someone home with them every day to exercise them only had 3 - 15 minute sessions of human contact a day. This is NEGLECT and had been happening for years.



If you want a place that doesn't properly communicate to you about your pets, if you want to leave them at a place that only has a professionally trained "trainer"/specialist there three days a week, that has one person for every 20+ large dog play group which is unsafe and probably in violation of some law, then by all means! This is your place, but if you actually love your pets, i would SERIOUSLY reconsider.
