I have a Zone(backyard) that has been unserviceable since last month after moving into my newly built home. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone at the office location by phone. I am very disappointed with thier customer services I am reaching out to the builder to get assistsnce since the home is less than 4 months old.

Absolutely a horrible company with very poor and unprofessional management. They wouldn't even take my call. Over the last 9 months they have already had to reinstall my sod twice due to improper and poor installation. Grass didn't even grow, the ground was not level.

They finally reinstalled the sod but never rolled it properly to get it level, remove air pockets, and give it a little compaction which it needs as some areas are like mud underneath. They sent a crew with some small plastic roller the didn't do anything. The crew even said it's too small and won't work and he would tell his boss.

I've requested them to come roll it but they refuse. I'm going to rent one and do it myself and send them the bill. If they don't pay I guess I will take the time to file suit in small claims court. I would highly recommend against using this company
