Joann answered the phone and I asked if they had availability for an eye brow wax appointment she told me I needed to seek another source I asked if there was any availability during the week and she told me again I needed to seek another source and then proceeded to hang up on me I called back and spoke to Joann and and wanted to let her know that it was very rude to hang up on someone. she said she did not hang up on me and started screaming at me and calling me all kinds of dirty Names then hung up on me again I would never recommend this on to someone I didn't even like I also only gave one star because you have to leave and start to write a review

I have never had any problems with store ever they have always been helpful.

This store is not customer friendly. I recently purchased a flat iron for my hair that did not work. It didn't heat and the indicator light did not come on. When I tried to exchange it at the store in schererville indiana 3 days later to the same sales girl that sold it to me 3 days earlier, she said because I didn,t have a reciept there was nothing she could do about it. In this day and age I know they have records of what you purchase with your debit cards. I will never ever do business with this company again and strongly encourage everyone else not to do so either.
