Computer Bay was recommended to me. They have been around for 27 years, so this is no fly-by-night company. The customer service here is superb! Paul and Joy were both very friendly and helpful. Paul spent as much time with me as needed to answer all the myriad of questions I had. I brought my desktop tower to them for hard drive and technical issues. I brought my laptop in for repair due to physical damage. Computer Bay was able to take care of both my computers in record time, without bleeding me dry financially. They are not close or convenient to me geographically speaking, but I won't take my computers anywhere else. I should share that I called some other companies, including the Geek Squad and described the physical problem with my laptop. They all told me it was toast and it would not be worth repairing. Yikes! My laptop was a gift, I couldn't have afforded it otherwise. Computer Bay was the only company who didn't tell me that I'd have to get a new laptop. They were optimistic that it could be repaired and voila-it was! I have used five different computer repair techs over the years and NONE compare to the people here. CB also offers online remote support which is awesome! It a HUGE relief to know if I ever have computer problems again, I only need go to Computer Bay.

I wouldn't take my computer anywhere else. Very knowledgeable staff. They won't take you to the cleaners either. Call them first, you won't regret it.

Great service! My digital photography is running smooth with superb products and expert understanding of my concerns and business. They go the extra mile to help me meet my requirements and thoughtfully improve my system. I especially like being able to purchase my Epson printers, ink, paper, and various accessories. I even bought my superb monitor, NEC PA241W, thanks to their all-out effort. I don't have to go to Chicago and suburbs, for the most part, to buy professional equipment. Great price and services.
