Buyer beware! This is the most arrogant company you will ever work with! Not only do they overcharge but they tell you they will have the product available in 4 weeks (just to hook you) but then they don't actually have it for several weeks later. In addition, The scheduler made a tremendous mistake by not informing me about the 48 hour dry time (which would impact my renters). A professional would have apologized, instead, she placed blame on everyone else (including her coworker) and was so rude! When I asked that they install in a window between renters, they refused because they did not want to pay the extra few bucks to have someone come on a Saturday. So, not only were they weeks late to deliver the product and unapologetic (arrogant), not only did they forget to mention a pertinent detail and were again unapologetic (arrogant), but they STILL refused to make up for their mistakes by sending someone on a Saturday (because they would have had to pay time and a half). This was important to me so I offered to pay the difference out of my own pocket. I was told it would have been about $100. Obviously any other professional company would just absorb the cost since it was their mistake and they are charging a premium anyway. No....not this company! The arrogant owner instead just pulled the order all together! So, his tremendous ego prompted him to scrap the cost of product, not apologize for the mistake, be rude to the customer, and leave the customer in a bind and not carry out his side of the sale. Just like that! So, if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and Trustworthy company, I would steer away from Precision Glass of Schenectedy.
