Working with and alongside Lisa has been one of the best things to happen to our company in years. She helped us get the financial side of things in order as most of our focus has been on sales and marketing. This has led us to fulfillment issues in the past and something had to be done. Bringing in CBS was our answer and Im glad we made that decision.

Lawrence and his team at CBS ended up being a game-changer for our business. They helped us develop a strategic marketing plan that in turn has significantly improved our sales numbers. This is just over the last couple of months so we are hopeful. They also helped us increase brand visibility and opened the door for us to add new locations. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to achieving results.

We worked mostly with Travis during our engagement. Other members of his team worked with our staff during the month long process. We found them to be engaging and knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile when it came to answering questions or explaining their processes. The amount of money we spent was significant so we had high expectations. I am happy to report that in our opinion those expectations were met and then some.

I feel like they understood the unique challenges our business has faced over the last few years. They didn't just come in and offer us a boiler plate business plan like some other companies we have used in the past. We met Darrel through a friend who had used him in the past on a few different projects. I knew we needed help on the operations and reporting side as we had grown quite a bit over the last couple of years. He was able to come in and totally overhaul how we handle our reporting and forecasting processes. It was by no means an easy process and we are still coming to grips on how it affects the rest of our business. Our experience with CBS has need nothing short of positive. The last few weeks has shown us that over the last few years we have been running incredibly inefficiently. While our revenue has been steadily increasing our margins and in the end profits have been flat. We are basically treading water and because of our inability to properly track in realtime we never noticed. Lawrence was able to help us implement real time tracking and inventory management. This was an expensive and laborious undertaking but one I am thankful we did. Without the help from Lawrence and CBS I do not think we would have been able to accomplish it.

Thanks again for all the help over the last month and a half. Without Thomas and his team we would have not been able to lock down our most recent request for additional lines of credit. Our books where a mess and our reporting was even worse. Thomas and his team were able to come in and help us organize both our processes and accounting practices. Without his help I honestly do not believe we would still have the doors open.
