This is my second root canal experience. The first one was with a different dentist and since it ended up badly, i had an apprehension when I had to do another one. But I should say, this was was a real good experience. It was real quick, I walked out in about an hour, though it was on a molar!The office has a nice ambiance, very clean and with state of the art equipment. Dr. Wong explained the procedure very clearly. The procedure was quick and perfect, he showed me the x-ray after wards. The doctor's assistant did a good work too. I'd highly recommend Dr.Wong / Renovo Endodontic Sudio!

I researched hi and low for an Endodontist in my area when needing to retreat a couple of root canals. I came across Dr. Wong and met with him to go over treatment options. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find him and his team. He really went above and beyond to explain in detail to me what treatment was available and the steps needed going forward. I had the procedures done with little to no pain and even today, had to call with a question. Dr. Wong promptly returned my call himself explaining what I was experiencing and putting me at ease. This was THE BEST dental experience I've ever had. Thanks, Dr. Wong.

I had a root canal done six months ago by my very good general dentist. I have been in pain ever since even though I had follow up appointments. Dr. Wong is phenomenally skilled! He painlessly fixed in a half hour what has bothered me for months. He saved my crown by surgically fixing the problem at the gum line. I traveled from Orland Park to Schaumburg to go to what was described to me as "the best endodontist in the region." He easily lived up to that description. His office is easy to find, beautifully decorated, professionally staffed, and technologically savvy.

I flew in all the way from Minneapolis a few days ago to get a Root Canal by Dr. Wong.He was absolutely phenomenal! I recommend him to the highest degree. I will fly back to Illinois every time I need something done. He make me feel so comfortable and has completely gotten rid of my fear of going to the Dentist. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

I was referred to Dr, Wong by my dentist for a probable root canal. He had a full schedule, but they fit me in.He saw how much pain I was in and immediately said he would make me feel more comfortable., He did..and within 1 hr I was pain free! He is a caring compassionate highly skilled professional.

I needed a root canal (my first) and was quite nervous about the procedure. Dr. Wong explained everything in great detail and ensured I understood everything before he worked on my tooth. There was absolutely no pain. Zero. The office was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Wong to anybody in need of endodontic care.

Does that sound strange? It does to me, but Dr. Wong did an emergency (at least to me) root canal within one hour of my arrival at his office and in an absolutely painless and professional way. Feels great to be pain free again. Very highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Wong at Renovo Studio by my dentist for a possible root canal consultation. Good News: I was able to get in very quickly; my appointment was for 7:00 A.M. (Yep A.M.) on a Saturday. Do not know many doctors or dentist’s that are open this early. Arrived on time and was greeted promptly, he took x-rays and they patiently answer all of my questions. The office is very modern, and state of the art equipment. In the procedure rooms is a large flat screen T.V. for your enjoyment and to show you the x-rays. When they recline the chair to do the procedures you are able to see a smaller flat screen T.V. and continue to watch your show.Bad news: I needed a root canal. He explained what he would be doing and reassured be that it would be virtually painless. My appointment was 3 days later and true to his word, it was painless, and I was out quickly. After the anesthesia he used wore off, I had no pain.To say that I am a happy person would be an understatement. Everything he and his staff did was friendly, professional, fast, and very honest. No hidden surprises. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone.

Dr. Wong was very pleasant and helpful. He got me in right away at the last minute on Thursday as the pain in the gum was beyond I ever imagined He worked quickly even if he had to stand up as I cannot lay down in the chair and tried his hardest to make me comfortable all throughout the procedure. Dr. Wong is absolutely the best dentist I have been to in my life. He is smart, skilled and personable. The office staff is accommodating and very pleasant. In addition, Dr. Wong has the latest dental/medical technology in his office. I have been completely satisfied with his care. I give Dr. Wong the highest recommendation.

I saw Dr. Wong a couple weeks ago. Bad news, I had a failed root canal. Bone loss, infection, etc. Tooth needed extraction and a bone graft. Had it scheduled for March 18th. Then unexpectedly it abscessed. Dr Wong was able to see me the morning I called in. And he was flexible enough to get me in for the extraction in less that 24 hours. He is very knowledgeable, even let my fiancee sit in the room with me so I could squeeze his hand during the procedure. I have high anxiety about dental work, and Dr. Wong also let me zone out to my iPod while he worked. He did the work quickly and pain free. Office staff is great. Billing is upfront, no surprises. Office is immaculate with state of the art equip and practices, decor is great and calming. Very impressed. Glad my dentist sent me here. You won't regret going to Dr. Wong. Any questions? I cannot begin to describe how awesome Dr. Wong and his staffs are. I have had numerous issues with one of my tooth (two root canals, uncountable crowns, cleaning and the list goes on). I was referred to Dr. Wong by my dentist. Dr. Wong informed me that it is best to have the tooth extracted. His service and employees were beyond my expectation. Although the service was a bit pricey, it was worth it.

Very professional operation, everything explained before what would be done before worked started.Had a Root Canal performed and left the ofiice with very little disconfort.

I had to go to Dr. Wong due to an infected root canal that was done poorly by a previous dentist. It turned out I needed to have a tooth extraction and a bone graft done on my jaw in order to prep it for an implant. I cannot even begin to describe how great Dr. Wong was and how extremely helpful his receptionist, Julie, was to help me through the process. Both are extremely personable and caring to their patients needs. They were both able to answer any questions and concerns I had with the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Wong for your root canal or dental implant needs!!

Best dental experience of my life. I came in for a root canal at a moments notice, (after suffering with extreme pain and widespread infection following a messed-up dental procedure done 4 weeks prior by a different dentist). Since I've had numerous 'nightmare' dental experiences throughout my life including several horrible root canals which eventually failed, I was stressed to the max not only from the pain and infection but knowing what I might be in for once again. Julie the receptionist started to put me at ease by being super kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Wong's care was amazing! I experienced no pain nor any force to my jaw and the procedure was done with such confidence an efficiency that I was out of the chair before I knew it!. Everything possible was considered to ensure not only my comfort, but also the safety required to avoid further or lingering infection or damage to my surrounding teeth and jaw. My mind was given final reassurance when upon completion, Dr. Wong projected a blown-up xray image of the finished tooth on the wall and gave a detailed explaination showing how the cement perfectly filled the nerve cavity with no bubbles or gaps... assuring a clean outcome. I was so surprised and thrilled with the quality and professionalism of Dr.Wong that I instantly became a fan for life. I am so grateful to now have someone I know I can count on in the future if the need arises for myself or any family member. Thank you Dr. Wong!!

Dr. Wong was very sweet and pleasant. He got me in right away at the last minute in the late evening for a root canal. He did not judge me or give me a lecture about having to do a root canal. Dr. Wong has a wonderful personality. Very professional and the office is very updated-High Tech. So glad he is in my network. Hoping I don't need another root canal, but if I did, I would want Dr. Wong to do it.

I have seen Dr. Wong for a couple of root canals, after being given the runaround by several other Endodontists in the area. Most of the other endodontists that I was referred to either didn't take my insurance, and were unwilling to negotiate hours (due to my hectic work schedule) as well as fees (since most in the area are non-insurance offices). Dr. Wong and his staff were more than willing to work with me, and he even came in for my appointment on a day that he usually isn't even open! Upon walking into his office I was immediately put at ease- Dr. Wong, Julie and Melinda answered all my questions, and I even got to watch TV while Dr. was performing my root canals! He was thorough with his explanations, made sure I was comfortable my entire visit, and his expertise is more than I could've hoped for in a dentist visit. I highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone who is in need of a root canal!!

Dr. Wong is easily the best dentist I been to in over 60 years. Not only did he correct work done by another dentist but because he explained it so well, it was almost fun to have him do it. It was a pain problem I worried about and lived with for 3 years. He was very personable, easy to work with, fast, and did more in one visit than the work done in the last three visits to my previous dentist. I most certainty recommend Dr. Wong and I am networking the word to my business associates as well.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Wong a couple months ago, and i had an amazing experience, pain free, faster than i though. and felt much better in the next 12 hours. If you ever need a root canal, Dr.J.Wong is the best!
