I purchased my wedding invites from All Things Paper.



The order was rushed and the invitations were beautiful BUT with that said... being that I paid for that service I did experience several issues with the end product and customer service.



Upon initial proofing there were several errrors I caught (i.e. missing parts of sentences, grammer errors, alignment issues, etc.).



When I received the final invites there were still some minor grammer errors AND more importantly there was no line included on the response card for people to include names. WIth that said, I ended up spending time tracking down who the responses came from. When I advised the company they advised that I proofed the invitations and that occurrs when orders are rushed.



In my opinion, I the client should not have been held accountable for sloppy work on a service that I paid for. And that is the responsibility of the "professionals". I wasnt looking for reimbursement for services I simpy wnted to advise her. What I feel I receive in turn for that was a rude remark from someone I just paid over $700 for their services.



In a nutshell, the end product was visually beautiful but did not end up being practical for me with having to track down responses. If you order from here, PROOF OVER AND OVER and expect to be accoutable for anything you miiss. Thanks.
