I had a disappointing experience here. I stopped in the store, found a pair of shoes that fit well, felt some pressure from the sales gal. Normally, this turns me off, but I bought the shoes. The next day, I opened the box to wear the shoes to a planned event and there was only one shoe in the box. This turned out disappointing because I called the store immediately, took the shoes back the next day and was hoping for a discount for my inconvenience. It was their fault. They said the shoe was in the window when I called the store to alert them of the issue. I think I expected better customer service. Instead the young man told me about a sale on the wall in effect that day, but he would not offer me one on the one I returned. Place is small with lots of sales pressure, little customer service. Too bad.
