that statement is not true if a dog got hurt like that I am sure I would of gotten a call from the owner and or a vet bill which never happened.

I had been using this groomer for a couple of years now. Although, they were never my favorite. My doggie always had to stay in there 5+ hours, which I think is a very long time. But, the last call was about a month ago he had to stay in there for over 8 hours. He had a cut on his eye lid, and he had a very bad limp. I had to take him to the vet, the whole thing cost me $1,200. The vet said it wasn't anything that serious, but he had some torn ligaments in his knee. And, that it can happen at times in the basin when they are getting washed, they slip and all this other stuff. I don't know exactly what happened and I never will. All I know is that it should not have happened, and I will not risk that again.
