Provided by YP.comTalk about no compassion. These people came to fit my daughter for a part to her wheel chair. In July. We offered to pay cash, because it was a part that would contribute to her comfort in a big way. they wanted to bill the insurance. ($$$$$) months after they received the authorization, they finally got the part to their office in November. Here we are mid December and they can't find a single day to come and install it until January second. Did I mention that the rep , Dan, didnt return my phone calls and voicemails nor the PT's? This business is atrocious and should be shut down. It's an incredible disservice to the patient!!!!
