This place needs a new secretary or she needs to take a few classes on manners. Possibly a psychological evaluation and a counselor to understand why she hates the world and her job.
I've never had such a bad experience with any place as I have with this business.
She has been rude from the word go.
Ordering a transmission, she claims it can't be delivered to the shop our vehicle is in & only to the address listed on credit card. When arrangements were made to have it shipped to my home address then more money paying to have it delivered to shop where our truck is..she now is refusing to ship it completely.
She wont even let us speak to owner claiming he isn't in.
What a sham of a place with an entitled, good for nothing, lady who..."answers phones".
To bad she hates her life.

Very rude and indifferent. It's as if they're doing you a favor !
