Been using Yates-Astro for years & have always received excellent service. Never see any unwanted critters. Recommend them to anybody!

Mike was very professional and courteous once he arrived and throughout the visit. It is good to know that we will have the same service tech each visit.

Yates Astro will not come out on yearly basis. I would have to call them all the time for someone to come out. But when i do call them and make and appointment know one showed up. I had a appointment today 12-3-2019, between 10-12 know one showed up that is not good Business.

The service guy was great. Very professional. He did the inside and outside of the house and explained everything.

Chris does a great job! He always let's me know when he is coming out to the house the day before. In addition, he is always polite and professional. We are extremely happy with Yates-Astro and will continue to use them!! No bugs or roaches either!!

I have had Yates Astro as my pest control service for 15 years. I never had a problem till about 6 months ago. Never had a roach. Started seeing a few and called immediately. Now I have more and they CANNOT get them under control. About to call another exterminator

Yates can not only get rid of the roaches, they stay gone even after the Tenant leaves sugar cereal all over the floor~! Nuff said!

They have come to my house three time, first time I wasn't home had a bill stuck in the door for $140. Second time I was home but not expecting anyone so he walked around the house. He was back at the front door before I could get my shoes on to see what he was going to do. He agreed to come back the next Monday to do the inside check, never heard from him again $145 bill this time. Last time I was home and so was my girlfriend all day we never left. I work second shift and when I went to leave for work there was a bill taped to my front door, $145. The bill said I had debris in the crawl space under my house. My house is built on a pad.

I had just moved into my home and apparently the previous tenants left the place with a huge infestation of cockroaches. I called Yates-Astro and they came out the same day. Once they sprayed, the roaches started dying immediately. They came back every month like clockwork and placed the bait. After 3 months the raoches were all gone and I call Yates-Astro for a quarterly service because I trust their work.
