Very disappointed-dirty, tanning rooms do not have basic supplies (trash cans, towels, wipes, etc), beds in poor condition, personnel unprofessional (2 times out of 3, they failed to set up my time correctly; had to get in to my tanning room turn on the bed bulbs after i got undressed and ready to tan, etc.) After 1st time i wanted to cancel my membership, cause of too many things going wrong and i didn't think it is possible for me to enjoy nor safely use the services in the future. Must say,the manager was amateur with very poor customer service skills, who only new the part of their corporate policy "we don't do refunds". He offered me only 1 choice: if i want i don't have to come tanning for the paid period of membership (at that time it was more than a month). Oh, thanks for 85$ - 1 lousy tanning session then! They do not care about you, after your membership is paid. BTW, i have sent an email twice to corporate, no interest in the reasons for customer dissatisfaction either...
