I have used Airport Mini Storage several times. The units have always been clean and secure!!! The staff and owner have always been polite, accomadating, and understanding. The staff never uses high pressure when doing collections. I have and will always refer friends and aquantances to use AMS in times of need!!! Oh yeah the price was always right too!!!

I had my things stored here for 2 years the atmoshere is great the facility is clean. The staff is very helpful & friendly & goes beyond the call of duty. I would refer this facilty to any one with no reservations at all, the office manager is a very friendly lady she goes out of her way to answer questions for you day or night. Most facilities when they close they are closed, they will not answer the phone at all you have to leave a message. At one point in time I had lost my job my bill got really high the lady in the office would call me to let me know where I stood. Most facilities policies are not to accept any partial payment on the accounts, this lady did. It seemed that everytime I thought I was getting ahead something would happen The lady worked with me until we got me out of the past due status I think her very much for this & because of her I didn't lose my prized possessions. I know the history of storage facilities they sell you no matter what when your time is up it is up.
