The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere, service, and food was above and beyond anything else that I have experienced in Savannah. The staff is well educated on the products they serve and are genuinely happy to help. The wine recommendations were spot on! I will definitely be back with family and friends.

This was our first visit to a Ruth's Chris Steak House. * We waited 10 minutes at the valet parking and no one ever showed up to take our car. We finally parked ourselves in the garage & were told it would be $15 since we were parking ourselves - valet parking was $8.* We were a party of 8 and had reservations at 7:30PM - seated at 8:00PM.* Only three of the eight seats had any lighting to see the menu. We had to pass the table candles around to read the menu. I like mood lighting, but this was ridiculous.* They never placed any bread and butter on the table until we inquired about it when our entree was served.* We had to send one steak back. It had been ordered medium rare and was served medium to medium well - barely pink the the middle. The other steaks and all other items ordered were delicious.* While there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, we had to repeatedly ask for refills of iced tea. Wait staff was very polite and helpful when asked.
