I wish there was an option for zero stars...





I had two hours to get a pedicure after working 4 days straight. Called around and found this place. Asked if they had any openings for pedicures, and they said to come over now, so I happily went over and was seated with my feet in the water within 10 minutes of the call. An hour and 20 mins later I determined they weren't going to be giving me a pedicure after all, so I put my sandals back on angrily. Who has an hour and a half to wait to get a pedicure when they told you they have availability? Who thinks it's okay to take care of people that came in after you did? No apologies, no anything.



I run a small business, so I understand that sometimes things get backed up. The proper thing to say when asked is that we are incredibly busy today and have other regular customers that are more important than you are, so you're welcome to come over and sit with your feet in the water while we take other walk in traffic and service them before you, but it'd be better if you just come tomorrow.

Ive been to ALot of salons in savannah, over 30 to say at best. But nails by laura is far superior than any, i would recommend David for nails, Nail art hes the best in savannah, also agreeing is every national beauty magazine in the U.S, supposedly he's won numerous nail competions...

for pedis i would would say everyone is good, free wine and hot stone massages

over experience is great.

and the funny thing is that this salon is male dominated employed

Service first is the attitude here. Very accomodating
