Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave if he new the type service and product I received last night 4/7/11 at 8 pm. I made my order on the waters ave KFC I was told to pull up and they would bring it out which was fine. I waited 25 minutes before the food was brought out to me. The girl handed it to me and walked away and never said a word..I checked to make sure everything was there and of course it wasnt. Had to go back through the drive through to get the items that was left out. The girl at the window was nasty to me like it was my fault. Got home which is only about 5 minutes from the store. The chicken was hard and old....I thought since I had to wait 25 minutes that the food would be fresh...WRONG!...it was so hard and dry that I couldnt eat it...$26 wasted my family wouldnt even eat it...It was awful...and this isnt the first time....The only reason I went by there was because it was close to my house and the kids were hungry. Never again will I go to KFC...
