I threw a party here. Paid $230 in advance for a 5 kid party minimum package is 10 kids.

My party was running late.

The hostess did not assist in putting the gifts cake in the car or taking it out.

I set up the cake and gifts in the room.

The hostess only spoke yo tell me we needed to do the cake now because it was almost time to be out of the room. She didn"t take the kids to laser tag for their games. We didn't hive in the laser tag room til 5 due to this 3 hours later.

She was so concerned with rushing us out the room that she forgot about the ice cream.

The drinks in the pitchers and pizza I was told was only for the kids. So all the adults had to purchase their own food and drinks. I asked for to go cups for the kids for the left over full pitcher of lemonade and was told I can go get some as long as the room was open. I choose this place because it had laser tag. I should've gone to Star Castle or Frames and Games. Awful experience.
