Let me start by saying that Dr. Adler, the psychologist, was wonderful. I felt he was very thorough and patient with my 4 year old. The one star review is for the office itself. They are the most inefficient office I've ever step foot in. It took me calling 6 times and leaving 4 voicemails before I was able to make a appointment. They never returned my calls, I had to keep calling. The day of the appointment, I waited in line TEN MINUTES to check in. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge me. Checking out, the receptionist didn't even know how to schedule the follow up. It took 25 minutes to schedule the appointment. That place is inept and inefficient, and I will more than likely not be back if my insurance gives me the option to move.

Dr. Adler is a great clinical psychologist. I have been seeing him for many years. He patiently helped me fill out my disability paperwork when I became too sick to work anymore. He is a wonderful doctor and a warm, compassionate human being. The staff is nice, the bldg. is very clean, and min. wait time to see the doctors.
