WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AT ALL Set appointments for my entire family, we arrived earlier to fill out paperwork, we were seated and waited, and waited, three other employees walked by without acknowledgment from anyone, when we were finally talked to by the lady with the attitude behind the desk we were told that the insurance would need to be verified first, we asked why we were not told that before hand and we could have given them that information. She rolled her eyes and had nothing to say other that "all I can say its I apologize" when we saw her rolled her eyes, we left and will not EVER step foot in this or ANY other of their facilities , Our whole family wears glasses and we will be taking our business somewhere else where it will be appreciated.. Should have read the other reviews here first!!!

Worst customer service ever. They gave me the wrong prescription for contacts and then refused to see me. The doctor was rude, the asst. general manger was horrible and avoided me. Now I know why she wouldn't give me the number to the corporate office. They probably have so many complaints, they can't handle them. They also refused to give me a refund.

TERRIBLE! If I could give it a negative star, I would. Went in today to buy myself a new set of frames and lenses. Upon entering, I was immediately told that a representative would be right with me. Half an hour later, I was still not being helped! I waved at a couple of representative as they darted by, but not even a glance back or "I'll be right with you". SIMPLY IGNORED! Also, they have a very limited selection of frames that aren't made from ugly metal wires or cheaply held-together plastic. All in all: terrible selection, customer service and overall experience. Will never go back and highly recommend no one else does. However, I really needed a pair of glasses. So, I went across the street to LensCrafters to see what they offered. Was so pleased with them! They have an enormous selection and I was greeted and helped right away! My glasses were even ready in just under an hour. DO NOT GO TO EYEGLASS WORLD!

HORRIBLE customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We waited in the store for 40+ minutes while people that walked in after us were being helped. They broke the lenses that they had to order in while they were setting them, they would be chatting with fellow employees while I needed them, and they didn't call to let me know when frames were in, like they said they would. When I called, I spoke with someone, but when I told her what i was looking for ("Are the glasses in for me to pick up?" she put me on hold for 10+ minutes. Save yourself the frustration.
