The best computer service ever!

Dishonest, overpriced, and foul-mouthed is my impression of this business.

I live downtown without a car, so the convenience of their location enticed me to give them a try when I wanted some upgrades. Unfortunately, that also made it harder for me to walk away when I should have.

The guy who greeted me upstairs was pleasant, but when he went downstairs to discuss my order with his boss, I could plainly overhear them in the waiting area, and boss-guy told him, "I'm in business to make money, motherf*cker! We do 100% markup on all parts, period. If he doesn't like it, he can take his sh*t and get the f*ck out of here." The wording may have been slightly different, but the profanity and attitude are accurate.

I wish I had taken his suggestion and left, but like I said, I was on foot, the computer weighed 40 lbs, the hurricane was closing in, I was eager to get the upgrades over with, and I honestly just couldn't believe what I had heard.

When the young man came back to quote me an estimate, it was far beyond what I expected. They were trying to sell me (at 100% markup!) a very expensive gaming wireless card that far exceeded my needs. I asked if we could step it down a notch, and he showed me some lower-cost options on Amazon. I agreed to one. Since this was Amazon, I saw the price on the screen, in the $30 range, and he said that with shipping they could offer it to me for $40. I wish I insisted he note the model# on the estimate I signed (instead, that line simply reads, "Wireless Adapter"). I'm sure they've run this swindle plenty of times before.

They did not honor this agreement. Instead, they ordered a $17, much lower-end wireless card, figured I wouldn't notice the difference, and charged me $40 for it anyway. When I realized the new wifi on my desktop wasn't even as good as the wifi on my old laptop, I opened it up, typed the model# on the part they installed into Amazon, and saw what it cost--much less than the one I agreed to. Shady and dishonest!

I have used Digital Doc on several occasions and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Services provided were affordable and fast. The last problem diagnosis was resetting software. I was not charged for their services.

Digital Doc to the rescue again!!! Made the classic mistake of peeling off my screen protector for my iPhone 5 and then proceed to drop smack on the face and shatter the screen....bummer! All I had to do was put in a quick text to Eric and he responded back with everything I needed to know about pricing for repair, as well a potential options that might be available through my provider that I should check into as well.

Quick, efficient, friendly, service-driven, and professional...all A++...Eric and his Digital Doc Team are such a great resource and I will continue to consider them my first contact whenever I need technical assistance with my communication equipment hardware or software. Thanks guys!!!

After attempting to build a computer myself and failing terribly, I brought my box of parts to them and they had it put together running perfectly in two days flat. Two months of agony and a useless box of expensive parts was over. And they were right in my neighborhood too! :) They're incredibly kind and helpful, very personal and down to earth, and will work with you to fix your problems until they're gone. They even sent an email a week after I picked up my computer to check to see that everything was still running well. Will definitely go back if I have any more problems.

Excellent service for people like me who hate computers. Eric came to my home and took away the old computer and installed the new one plus wifi. Great follow up help when I didn't know what I was doing. Highly recommended!

My personal laptop computer was having issues with over-heating, the keys were sticking (no, I didn't spill anything on it), and the mouse pad had stopped working. I took my laptop into Digital Doc and they thoroughly cleaned it along with fixing some virus issues I was having by installing this wonderful piece of software called Avast! Everything is working the way it should now and it's all thanks to the wonderful Digital Doc team. I highly recommend them!

Eric came to my home and helped me fix windows problems, backup quicken and fix other issues that kept nagging me.

I had awesome service. I was putting off getting my computer repaired because tech support is usually such a pain to deal with. I finally dropped off my computer for a week when I was out of town just so I wouldn't have to worry about it until after my vacation. Eric called me within a couple hours saying the problems had been repaired.

By far the fastest and least hassle experience Ive ever had with a computer repair service. Definitely my first recommendation.

I hate computers! That's why I love Digital Doc. They are fast and do a great job . They have excellent "bedside" manner for those of us that are less than tech savvy and will answer my questions in a way that even I can understand. I recommend them highly! Oh and they are local so I feel even better knowing my pc is right here in town and now in some random warehouse.

They are so friendly and caring. They do a free diagnosis which is great...also they have good technical knowledge about what they are doing. I recommend them for sure!

I have been using Digital Doc for years. They come out to my house when we have issues with our wireless Internet or printers. They also meet me at work whenever I have email issues or phone questions. The reason we love working with them is because they answer the phone when we need them, they charge a reasonable rate, and they always take care of us and follow up.

Digital Doc saved me by dialing into my computer and then fixing my emails problems. Basically my password was not working and all sorts of things were messed up on Comcast's end. Instead of paying comcast to fix their own problem, I called Digital Doc and got some of the best service I have ever had in my life.



Wow these guys really know their stuff and they are so kind and professional over the phone. It's nice to see this type of computer shop here in my town.
