The sales clerks at this shop have stuck-up attitudes extremely unfriendly and treat people that bring items to consign like dirt
Go out of their way to be rude

I rarely make things about color or race, but today I will. I was so excited to experience Designer Consignment experience. Not knowing the environment I was entering was a very cold place and I do not mean temperature. I was browsing around....was never greeted. I hear all the excitement expressed to others entered before me and after. The only black in the shop. Every other person, white that is, they were told about their awesome sale, 20,40, 60% percent off. So then I'm followed around.

This is not the place for me. I felt as if it I was the wrong color to be there. Unfamiliar of brands and just not welcomed. I left. As I'm leaving then I was acknowledged. "Is everything alright?" No and I called them back trying to spare a feeling, but the. I realized people must be made aware, current customers and future. My money and time is best spent somewhere else.

No stars was not an option. If you are one for pleasantries then this is not the place.

Made them aware on Facebook messenger and because I used a word in the incorrect context, received a snarky response. Never acknowledge or apologies for the experience.

I unusually have a pleasant experience when I go to the store. I asked one of the people working there a question he was very rude! He was older man I don't know if he was the owner maybe he thought he had the right to be impolite . Very poor customer service that day! Customers were looking at this elderly man as yelled at me walking out the door embarrassing!

I am a 'regular' at this shop and LOVE it! They are getting in new items all the time with great labels! It always looks fresh, new styles, and great prices for designer items! Always helped by staff with pleasant faces too only adds to the great shopping atmosphere at Designer's Consignment! Since it switched owners back in 2012 it has been ever so wonderful!!!

I almost drove by but noticed the new sign and had to stop back in. Upon entering I was very pleasantly greeted and shown around the boutique styled store. There was everything ANYONE could want in in-style fashions in-season and any size! It was fabulous. There was a pair of Emilio Pucci's that were amazing, not my size but someone whose foot fits will love them! And get a good deal on designer shoes. There was Coach, Dooney, Lilly, Chico's, Talbots, White house black Market and much much more!!! Can't wait to return!!!!
