Based in Savannah, Ga., Compass Point is a community of Armstrong Atlantic State University, a University System of Georgia Institution. Completed in 2004, it houses more than 560 residents around a courtyard with a clubhouse for studying, billiards or television. The outdoor spaces consist of volleyball courts and gazebos. The range of amenities include cable television with 70 + channels, laundry, high-speed Internet connection, gated parking, garbage, water and sewer, refrigerator, microwave, smoke detector, overhead lighting and more.
