Poor liner installation. Overlooked a major flaw in the side of the pool resulting in liner failure only after a year. Now will not stand behind his work. Usually just ignores our calls.

Just read the BBB website before using this company. I didn't and now I regret it.



My liner is wrinkled in several places. My yard has huge ruts in it and piles of dirt. My concrete driveway is cracked in a dozen places. My concrete surrounded flower bed is completely destroyed. The owner did the work at my house and I've called and left messages several times and he won't call back. I've been to his store several times too trying to catch up with him. He should at least have enough pride in his work to correct the liner issue after all he advertises, "Over 25 years...". It's just a shame the way he is behaving.



We have another Doughboy dealer in town and the prices there are much better.
