Absolutely the worst service.....

Absolutely the worst service... ever. My wife and I took our comforter set in to get it cleaned. It came back with a HUGE stain and more spots. When I asked about the stains, she said that we'd have to pay extra to get the stains and spots out... but they couldn't guarantee it. The comforter also had a strong chemical smell and was hard as a rock... when asked about that... apparently we didn't go with another additional option. After continuing to ask questions, the lady got mad at me and then hung up. I called back, she began to speak very, well, unprofessional for lack of a better word. I cannot believe the owners put up with customer service like this. I will not be back and hope people spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

i being the store manager can assure you all that some people are just hard to deal with if you bring a comforter in with dog urine on it,and multiple stains do you really think we was going to guarantee the smell and the stains were going to come out?How can u really get upset with the cleaners when the "cleaners"was not responsible for the smell and the dog urine..and our policy is if Yon bring in an item with stains and Dog urine and you want Us to try and get it out then We charge an extra fee for taking our time to remove the stains that You made.And,if it really was a major problem the way Corey is trying to make it Corey would'nt have came back a second time. So to our "valuable"customers keep coming because you know what kind of service we provide,and I think you all for your buisness!
