This place is run extremely terrible. The owner parks his motorcycle in front of the door so you have to walk around it to get in the door. He sits behind the counter and eats food like a hungry dog ! If you purchase a lighter that is supposed to worth anything in price, and it breaks down. He will tell you oh well, guess that's your problem now. Have never walked in to a friendly atmosphere. The owner is a terrible business person. Wants to make a million dollars in a matter of 3 customers. I would highly recommend you go the extra mile to another place of business for your purchase.

Horrible business! I gave the clerk the exact brand I smoked in order to start rolling my own and stressed it must be menthol. She gave me non menthol, which I wasn't aware of until I tried it. She assured me I could exchange the machine for the electric if I found I didn't care for the manual. I returned the following day only to have the same clerk lie to her boss and me saying she never said that. The owner said even if she is lying, it wouldn't change anything. Apparently he condones dishonesty. I had no plans on returning after exchanging the items due to the tobacco being stale and it merchandise overpriced, but their "I don't care about the customer" attitude just made it all the easier not to return. Now I am warning people on his shops. If one store is like this...why wouldn't all be like this?
