I needed some work done on a few excavating machines and backhoe equipment. This company performed the work quickly and delivered the repaired vehicles back to me on time and at the exact cost they quoted me. That means a lot to me.

After a visit to get measurements I was told I would get a phone call giving me a quote on a simple cylinder, unfortunately the phone call never came. After 7 days I called to ask if they had a quote for me and was told they would call me back within an hour. I never received a call. Having worked with this company in the past with good experiences I was extremely disappointed that my business wasn't wanted. My recommendation is that if you are a individual that wants only 3 or less cylinders (I made it clear that 3 was the starting number to test the market) to find another company to do the work for you as this company is very busy and uninterested in the little guy. As I'm attempting to create a cylinder that is used on tens of thousands of lifts across the country to replace the jack that is the only complaint about the lift I will have to use a company that values the potential of an individual that is attempting to create a new revenue source.
