I took my mother of the bride dress and two bridesmaid dresses here. They did a horrible job.... Did nothing to fix it and charged me $350 for it!!! The train on the mothers dress was cut off and put back on with huge silver snaps and they told me to put silver nail polish on the snaps to hide them!!!! Both hems of the bridesmaid dresses were wrong. One was obviously crooked and the other had the lining longer than the dress! I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. They are terrible. The customer service is terrible! Don't take any chances with these people.

I had gone to RA a few years back to have a dress hemmed and taken in. It was done perfectly. This time around the people I worked with did not know what they were doing! I was told I wouldn't be able to take my dress in, even though it was falling off of me. Also, after my dress was hemmed, the hem must not have been strong because it broke right before my special occasion, leaving me with having to use safety pins on my beautiful dress. My bill was extremely over priced also, but that wasn't my concern. I was conceded because I payed so much for this dress to fit nicely, and it ended up not being what I had been promised. I would recommend you go somewhere else!
