We have been waiting over six weeks for a part to come in to fix a chair. We have called many times and get a different answer each time.
It's obvious that they want the sale but don't want to service the products they sell. Buyer beware!

Went several times to Bob's Outlet. Their prices really can't be beat. Sean, Lori and Marc were so helpful and gave good advice. When they say your special order can be sent to the store in merely a few days, they weren't kidding. Before finalizing any purchase anywhere else, see what Sean, Lori or Marc can do for you!
