I have visited your store twice now with the last visit being today around 1:00 pm December 3, 2008 and I have to say that both times that I have been in the store there is never an employee that offers assistance or even recognizes my presents in the store and by the way I was the only person in your store at that time. I work in Peabody and was looking to buy some Christmas gifts and thought that I could find some great gifts in your store. At this point, given the large amount of choice that we comsumers have, I will be looking at one of your many competitors for my Christmas gifts; a competitor that places a higher value on customer service.
