I was convinced that I would have to replace the carpet in my living room because of pet stains (hairballs?!), but a friend told me to contact Ken Cruze, owner of Renew CarFrom a pet. Within days, Mr. Cruze was at my house, cleaned the carpets, and removed any trace of stain. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Best yet, his rates were lower than other carpet cleaning companies I have dealt with!!! From now on, he has my business!
