Never call these people under any circumstance. We were involved in a car accident on Christmas Eve in a very small town in Texas. Our insurance company, USAA, called them to tow our car and to take us to a rental car company. Yes, they came to tow the car, but refused to take us anywhere. They dumped us (elderly couple) at a truck stop. I couldn't believe it. I think the driver wanted to help, but his wife sat there and played with her phone and ignored our pleas to take us 20 miles down the road. We even offered to pay them $100 dollars! His boss ordered him to dump us out. I hope that someday they find themselves in a horrible situation and nobody helps them. They should be ashamed of themselves--dishonorable, dishonest, and just downright mean. So much for the Christmas spirit! I am being forced to give them a one star because 0 doesn't work. A pox on their house!
