DON'T waste your time. DON'T take work off early for an appointment you have to wait over 2 weeks for. I text directly with Halie Taylor to make the appointment May 14th. I scheduled her last appointment for the day. My appointment was at 4:15, I got there at 4:25. I was turned away for being late. Halie Taylor left for the day. Regardless that she had my number to set the appointment, I got no text or no call from her or the salon. The stylist just left. When Halie Taylor was called to be informed I was there, she would not return. Despite the 15 cancellation policy, she left within 10 minutes as I was in the salon 10 minutes after my scheduled time. She couldn't have had other plans as I was scheduled for a 3 hour window for a full color cut and style. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor communication. They use computerized text messaging only to communicate. News flash - Professional adults do not sit on their phone waiting for text messages during the day, we are working! No personal service. Poor work ethic. Clients are nothing but a number apparently. I will not only NEVER return to this salon I will be sure to tell everyone not to waste their time. Halie Taylor & Salon Beleza - you lost 3 very good clients!
