Their customer service is deplorable. Always missing items, wait time at the drive-through is a joke,and when you order from their own app, they don't take responsibility for the food to actually make it to you. I actually had a manager hang up on me twice after stating: "I'm sorry you're so sad" simply because they want to wash themselves off a problem their process caused. This is unacceptable, and I will be filing formal complaints against the branch and their manager Sean for hiring such ill-equipped personnel and accepting this kind of behavior from them.
