My son and I love living here. The front office ladies are always so nice and helpful. The maintenance people always are very quick to respond to any issues I have and are quick to come and repair any issues. The apartment is big and nice and all appliances are new and work great. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Management becomes totally unresponsive once you sign the lease. We've had some MAJOR maintenance needs since we moved in that have yet to even be acknowledged. Gas problems, one of our bathrooms doesnt get hot water, one of the building's fire alarm systems goes off about once every other day, and you have to walk a mile to take out the garbage. Run away.

Before you sign up for these seemingly “luxurious” apartments there are a few things you should be aware of.

1-There are nearly 12 buildings with 144 apartments with only ONE shared dumpster. This is fine if you live in an apartment close to the dumpster or don’t mind walking with your trash

2-The apartments look nice but when they were built they were built in haste and missed some important quality details such as the finish on the cabinets, gap in baseboards, paint simply rubs off, etc.

3-The management is inexperienced and mismanaged. We had a few complaints and maintenance issues sent via email that went completely unnoticed until we walked into the office and confronted them.

4-Buildings have gas problems. The entire building next to where we live was evacuated for a few days while quester fixed the issues.
